Will you write or rewrite the Extended Essay?
No. Guidance supports planning, reasoning and understanding assessment expectations. The submitted research, analysis and writing must remain the student’s own.
When should a student ask for help?
Earlier is usually better: choosing a research question, narrowing the scope and planning the structure are easier to improve before the draft is complete.
